Animation explains temperature dependence of metabolism in human erythrocytes.

This time we look at the temperature dependence of the metabolism in human erythrocytes. This short animated video highlights metabolic effects in blood. The video explains all processes easily understandable and step by step in 1½ minutes.

All shown processes are based on real measured values, which were evaluated in a cooperation between the University of Tübingen, the University of California at San Diego and the Icelandic Blood Bank in the context of the Bachelor thesis of Lea Buchweitz.
