Opening hours during the holidays (Dec 23, 2024 - Jan 6, 2025)  

Monday, Dec 23, 2024: 10.00 a.m. - 01.00 p.m.
Friday, Dec 27, 2024: 10.00 a.m. - 01.00 p.m.
Thursday, Jan 2, 2025: 02.00 p.m. - 05.00 p.m.
Friday, Jan 3, 2025: 10.00 a.m. - 01.00 p.m.

The Welcome Center will be closed on all other days. 
Our regular opening hours will apply again from Tuesday, Jan 7, 2025. 

Please note:

Due to a staff shortage, we are currently unable to guarantee that your request will be processed within 48 hours. We also have to restrict our opening hours. Please note the changes and make an appointment before you come to us. 

The Welcome Center supports international doctoral candidates, postdocs and professors prior to and during their stay at the University or the University Hospital of Tübingen. Please register here if you would like to use our services:
