Germany's History (10/01/03)

It is undoubtful that most of us were not to enjoy the visit without asking question about famous people from Germany and about wars and the results of wars. What we mostly learned about German history is the origin of Germans and German language, as much as the history of Germany clearly shows to us that the place, where Germany is situated, plays a big role. The surrounding countries had a big impact, that was also fascinating to us to know more about Germany.
The other factor that makes us interested in history of Germany is that we have heard about world wars which originated in Germany, so we wanted to here that. We had learned about certain philosophers and scientists from Germany, so we wanted more. We also learned about how Germany was divided and the reasons for that and also why Germany is like it is today. The class as such was nice and good.
