Our research agenda is always directed by conceptual and practical relevance and our ultimate objective is to provide guidance to companies of how they can improve their management practices. In order to enhance our standing in the academic world we target primarily publications in internationally leading scholarly management journals but we also publish in more practitioner oriented journals. Our research contributions take several forms:
