Lessingweg 3 - Hotel Garni
The guest house has 9 single rooms and 4 double rooms. Two meeting rooms with 35 m² ( 25 TN) and 23m² (9 TN) complete the offer. You will find more information about the meeting rooms here.

- Monthly rates are valid from the day of arrival for 30 days stay.
- Subsequent days will be charged at the room rate/day.
- For bookings from 15 or 24 nights we offer graduated prices.
- The room bill can be paid in cash, by EC or credit card or by bank transfer.
- The prices include 7% VAT.
- Breakfast costs EUR 11,00/day/person. The price is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately.
- Payment can be made in cash or by EC or credit card.
- There is no breakfast service on weekends. Only in exceptional cases and by arrangement the service can be booked.
- Free cancellations can be made as follows:
1 - 3 rooms = up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
4 rooms or more = up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival.
- Cancellation fees for guests of the university: EUR 30,00/day, maximum EUR 300,00
- Cancellation fees for external guests: EUR 38,00/day, maximum EUR 380,00
- The institution that registered the internal guest is liable for payment, external guests themselves.
- Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail to welcomecenter@uni-tuebingen.de.
Room furnishing
- The equipment of the rooms corresponds to a good hotel standard.
- All rooms have a TV and free internet access via LAN and WLAN.
- Towels are changed when needed, bed linen 1 x a week.
- Most rooms have a balcony or terrace.
- Rooms in the annex have a private shower room.
- Rooms in the main house have a shower in the room, some have the toilet in the hallway across the hall.
- In the annex, each floor has a kitchenette.
- Small meals and drinks can be prepared here independently.
- A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement of our guesthouse Lessingweg 1 for a fee.
- The guest house is a non-smoking house.
- Smoking in the building and in the rooms is not allowed. In case of disregard we will charge a basic cleaning fee of EUR 150,00.
- A smoking corner is located in front of the entrance area of the annex.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
- The guest house has a key safe that allows check-in at any time.
The access code will be provided upon reservation confirmation.
