Text and Idea of Aristotle's Science of Living Things (TIDA)

Leslie Schillen is a doctoral candidate in the TIDA project. After completing her bachelor's degree in philosophy and classics in Hamburg and Palermo and her master's degree in ancient philosophy in Tübingen she is now working on Aristotle's treatment of the harmonia theories of soul and his relation to Pythagorean topoi. Her fields of study are Aristotle’s biology, philosophy of sciences (especially mathematics) and metaphysics and Peripatetic Philosophy (Aristoxenos).
