Recently, HR-Outsourcing is one of the most important outsourcing fields.
In the research project, the impact of outsourcing on the quality of HRM is analyzed. In the theoretical part, a model of SLIWKA (2004) is used and adapted to HR-Outsourcing. It is shown that different degrees of vertical integration can give rise to different qualities of HRM. The implications from the theoretical analysis are confronted with empirical data collected at the University of Jena. Additionally, case studies will be conducted.
