Research Interests

I focus on the formation pathways of sedimentary manganese deposits and manganese-rich sedimentary successions, as well as their implications for redox reconstructions of ancient ocean-atmosphere system. My research involves multiple methods mainly including sedimentary geology, petrology and mineralogy, sedimentary geochemistry, and non-traditional metal stable isotopes (e.g., Mo, W, Cr).
