Die Bestellung erfolgt über die Abteilung Einkauf der Universität Tübingen. Eine Nutzung ist nur für dienstliche Zwecke zulässig; Privatbestellungen sind nicht möglich.

Füllen Sie das gewünschte Formular aus, drucken es anschließend aus und senden es - unterschrieben durch den Antragsteller und den Zeichnungsbefugten - an die Abteilung Einkauf. Speichern Sie das ausgefüllte Formular nach dem Ausdrucken ab. Die Inventarisierung erfolgt durch die bestellende Einrichtung.
Für die Bestellung von Monitoren wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an das Dezernat VII, Abt. 3 (Einkauf).
Wichtiger Hinweis: Falls Ihre Einrichtung zur Zentralen Verwaltung gehört und Sie einen neuen Arbeitsplatzrechner benötigen, verwenden Sie bitte nicht die oben gelisteten Antragsformulare, sondern stellen Sie einen "Antrag IT-Beschaffung".
Bei Bestellung des LZBW-PCs wird automatisch eine
"MS Windows 11 Professional OEM" - Lizenz
mitbestellt, da diese die lizenzrechtliche Voraussetzung zur Nutzung der kostenlos angebotenen Betriebssystem-Lizenzen
aus dem MS Campus Agreement (CA) ist.
Obwohl auf dem PC-Gehäuse kein Produkt-Key Aufkleber für die Windows-Basislizenz angebracht wird, ist das Betriebssystem dennoch an den Rechner gekoppelt.
