Der Lehrstuhl für Financial Accounting & Financial Analysis bietet eine Vielzahl an Lehrveranstaltungen im Bereich der nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegung sowie Corporate Governance in den Bachelor- und Masterprogrammen der Fakultät an. Eine enge Verknüpfung von Lehre und Forschung wird dabei insbesondere in den Vertiefungsveranstaltungen angestrebt. Schwerpunkte des Lehrstuhls in der Forschung sind die kritische Würdigung aktueller Fragestellungen zur Publizität kapitalmarktorientierter Unternehmen im Gefüge spezifischer Regulierungsrahmen sowie Standardsetzungsprojekte.
