Guest Lecture by Dr. Florian Turk in Personnel Economics on February 1, 2023

On February 1, 2023, Dr. Florian Turk, Chairman of Novitalis AG & Greentech Founder, gave an inspiring talk on „Leading positive change: Towards a just and sustainable future”. In his talk which was part of the lecture in Personnel Economics, Dr. Turk shared valuable insights from his own leadership journey and beyond. While providing new information on the biology of leadership and thus extending what the course participants had learned so far, Dr. Turk also repeatedly linked his topic to the “Personnel Economics toolbox” and thus provided evidence on the practical relevance of the topics taught in the lecture.
