Zeichenzählung
Momentan zählt bei allen Abgaben die Zeichenzählung von MS Word.
Probleme mit Jura-ID
Die Jura-LoginID wird ab sofort nicht mehr benötigt. Der Login erfolgt jetzt mit den Ihnen bekannten Daten der Universität (Anmeldung wie bei alma und Webmailer). Somit fällt die Aktivierung der JuraID weg, dies wird demnächst für alle Jura Plattformen gelten.
Onlineabgabe (Plagiatskontrolle)
Das Computer-Zentrum führt gemäß der Studienordnung die Plagiatskontrolle von Hausarbeiten und Seminararbeiten durch. Bitte beachten Sie, dass für Hausarbeiten und Studienarbeiten unterschiedliche Inhalte abzugeben sind (siehe unten)!
Laden Sie die Datei mit Ihrer eigenen ZDV Kennung und Passwort hoch. Nach erfolgreichem Upload erhalten Sie eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail an Ihre studentische E-Mail-Adresse.
Erstellen Sie eine (ungeschützte) PDF-Datei, die Ihr Gutachten mit Inhaltsverzeichnis und Literaturverzeichnis umfasst (ohne Deckblatt und ohne Sachverhalt).
Wählen Sie dazu unter Word: Datei -> Speichern unter -> Dateiformat: PDF
Die Datei darf keine personenbezogenen Daten - wie Vorname, Nachname, Adresse, Matrikelnummer usw. - enthalten.

Einverständniserklärung
Mit der Onlineabgabe erklären Sie sich damit einverstanden, dass die Arbeit gegebenenfalls zeitweise zur Überprüfung an einen externen Dienstleister übermittelt werden kann (§ 16 UrhG). Ihr Einverständnis können Sie jederzeit durch Mitteilung an das Prüfungsamt widerrufen.
Sollen Sie mit dem automatisierten Verfahren nicht einverstanden sein, wird die Überprüfung Ihrer Arbeit auf einen Abgleich mit den übrigen abgegebenen Arbeiten (z.B. bei Hausarbeiten), auf aus dem Internet und juristischen Datenbanken heruntergeladene Dateien sowie sonstige einschlägige Dokumente beschränkt; diese Überprüfung wird dann auf einem lokalen Rechner durchgeführt.
