Johanna Bröse ist seit Anfang 2015 wissenschaftliche Angestellte in der Abteilung Sozialpädagogik mit dem Themenschwerpunkt Flucht- und Migrationsforschung sowie biografische Übergangsforschung.
Seit 2008 ist sie als Mitarbeiterin in Tübinger Forschungsgruppe für Integration | Migration | Jugend | Verbände tätig, welche aktuell für die Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung eine Studie zum Thema „Rechtspopulismus und Rassismus im Kontext der Flüchtlingsbewegung – eine Regionalanalyse zur politischen Kultur“ durchführt.
Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte und Interessen sind:
Migration, Flucht, Asyl, Rassismus, Solidarität und Widerstand, Gesellschaftstheorien, Sozialstruktur, Kritische Soziale Arbeit.
