PhyloCompare is a new program for comparing multiple phylogenetic trees using the concept of a phylogenetic parallelogram.
PhyloCompare is written in Java and uses JavaFX. The PhyloCompare App for iOS is is being prepared for beta testing via Apple TestFlight. If you would like to participate in testing, then please contact Daniel Huson. PhyloCompare is open source and the source is available on GitHub.
