Tommy Chung Yin KWAN is a writer in Hong Kong and a regular contributor of Ming Pao. He regularly comments on Hong Kong and Taiwan’s political and cultural scenes. He is also a PhD candidate in the Department of Politics and International Studies at SOAS University of London, currently focusing on the relationship between political parties and social movements in Taiwan.
