Organization
Block: The seminar will be held as a block. This means initial meeting and short presentations take place during the first three weeks of the semester and all final talks as a block within 1 - 2 days.

ILIAS: Further, the seminar will be organized with the ILIAS-system. This means topic selection, handing in documents, and so on will be managed with ILIAS. Therefore, the participation in the seminar requires the registration in the ILIAS.

Content
The topic of this seminar is current publications on computer graphics, computer vision, and the internet. A special focus is on using massive image databases as well as relatedness between images and natural language (e.g., image descriptions, tags, ...).
Requirements
To successfully complete the seminar, you must:
- Participate actively on the whole course.
- Show a short presentation in the first half of the semester (max. 2 minutes)
- Hand in a written summary of your topic (6-8 pages in english)
