The Welcome Center provides service and support for international researchers before and during their stay at the University of Tuebingen, the University Hospital and the Centre for Integrative Neuroscience CIN. We offer information and support for international doctoral students, post-doctoral and senior researchers as well as professors regarding all non-academic and practical issues. We want to help you quickly settle in and feel comfortable.
Please contact us as soon as possible and send us your filled-out registration form so that we can give you the best possible support.
In the week from 12.10. up to and including 16.10.2020 we are moving to new premises in Wilhelmstr. 19.
On Wednesday, 14.10. and Thursday, 15.10. our office will therefore be completely closed.
On the other days we ask for your understanding that there may be delays in answering your inquiries.
From Monday, 19.10.2020 we will be fully at your service again.

- Please send us all inquiries by e-mail, as well as scans of documents you have questions about.
- Personal appointments can only be arranged on request and in exceptional cases. This also applies to a short stop by to pick up documents etc.
- If you have arranged a personal appointment with us, we insist on keeping the necessary minimum distance of 2 meters to our desks and ourselves.
