Complex issues call for collaboration across disciplinary boundaries. The broad spectrum of academic fields at the University of Tübingen provides a productive basis for this kind of cooperation. The teams in the Core Facilities not only provide infrastructure and services as a means of support, but also conduct interdisciplinary research.
