Faculty of Humanities

The Faculty of Humanities at the University of Tübingen contains the whole spectrum of humanities and encompasses more than two and a half thousand years of cultural history. The subjects at our Faculty range from the early advanced civilizations in East Asia, the Middle East, India and Egypt to current developments in the fields of history, media, literature and languages. We combine innovative teaching with excellent research and have a strong network in Germany and worldwide.
