Thank you once again for your valuable contributions to the 11th bwHPC Symposium. 

For the publication of your contribution through Tübingen University Press (https://tuebingen-university-press.de/), we have been asked to use a specific formatting template.

Submission Guidelines:

• Template: A dedicated template has been prepared specifically for the 11th bwHPC Symposium, based on the University of Tübingen Library’s format. To ensure consistent formatting and to preserve the peculiar font design used, please write your extended abstract directly in the template. If you already have content prepared, we kindly ask you to copy and paste it into the provided template to maintain the formatting.
• Tables: If your paper includes tables, please submit them separately as Excel files (.xlsx).

• Figures/Images: All images should be submitted separately as high-resolution files (e.g., PNG, JPG).

   

Submission Deadline: Please submit your extended abstract on or before 15th October 2025 through symposium2025spam prevention@bwhpc.de
