Biography

Wei-hao Huang is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Political Science at National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung. He received his PhD from the Division of Global Affairs at the Rutgers University, Newark. His research interests focus on China’s foreign relations and activity, mostly about Confucius Institutes and partnerships agreements. How and does China utilize these diplomacy tools to maximum its rising influence in the world? His works has been published in International Relations of Asia-Pacific, Journal of Chinese Political Science, and Peace Economics, Peace Science and Public Policy.
