Dr. Skylor Zhitian Zhang

Skylor Zhitian Zhang ist wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Hector-Institut für Empirische Bildungsforschung. 

Zu ihren Forschungsinteressen gehören Kreativität, Begabtenförderung und Talententwicklung. Sie erforscht wirksame Techniken und Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Talent und Kreativität, z. B. Motivationsstrategien, Selbstregulierung und spielbasierte Methoden.

Skylor Zhitian Zhang ist Projektmanagerin und leitende Forscherin des vom deutschen Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung geförderten Projekts Eu-FairPlay, das darauf abzielt, die Gerechtigkeitslücke in der Bildung durch spielbasiertes Lernen zu schließen. Sie ist auch die Gründerin der Gamify Creativity Society (GCS). Die GCS konzentriert sich auf den Nutzen von Spielen zur Förderung von Kreativität und Innovation. Die Mastermind Group, in der Menschen zusammenkommen, um ihr Fachwissen, ihre Erfahrung und ihre Ressourcen im Zusammenhang mit der Schnittstelle von Spielen, Kreativität und Innovation auszutauschen, wurde ebenfalls von Skylor Zhitian Zhang gegründet.
