“Together with the Institute for Research on Right-Wing Extremism at the University of Tübingen, the taz aims to investigate why some municipalities see a particularly high number of votes for the AfD, while others see very few. The sociologists have analyzed how election results correlate with the demographic structure of municipalities, tax revenue, and distance to the nearest doctor.”
