Alle angenommenen Doktoranden der Philosophischen Fakultät können daran teilnehmen und sind stimmberechtigt.

Die Vollversammlung wird in deutscher Sprache abgehalten. Wichtige Teile, über die abgestimmt wird, können ins Englische übersetzt werden.
