We are continuously looking for highly motivated students for BSc and MSc theses, research internships and not least for PhD projects. Please note that we can't offer research internships to external students.
Whether or not you studied in Tübingen, we look forward to your compelling application. To keep both your effort and ours manageable, we recruit mainly through the IMPRS IS and the ELLIS PhD program. Both have central application systems and an annual deadline in the autumn. Both programs also let you apply to several potential supervisors at the same time. We warmly invite you to apply through one of these programs.
Our group actively supports the development of an Innovation PhD: do you hold an excellent Master's degree with a strong technical background, and would you like to spend 3–4 years working on a topic of societal or economic relevance whose solution requires deep technical developments?
