Results

The excavations up to this point have laid down the basic lines of Tell el-Burak’s occupational history.

The place was occupied in three periods separated by lengthy occupation gaps:

• Ottoman Period
• Later Iron Age (ca. 700-350 B.C.)
• Middle Bronze Age (ca. 2000-1500 B.C.)
