The AEG program will start with orientation days in the first week of October. The winter semester lectures start in mid-October. If you would be arriving after November 1st, you should be aware of the following:
- You will have already missed important classes and chances are slim that you will pass the mandatory exams (which are required for participation in advanced courses)!
Since courses are offered once a year, this means you will have to wait a year in order to successfully take and pass these specific courses.
Students who received late admission to the AEG program should also be aware of the following:
- You need to find accommodation!
This is extremely (!!!) difficult and expensive on the private market, and places in student dorms have already been allocated. For information on student housing see the links in the FAQ's section.
Do not ignore these problems!
If you cannot arrive on time, it is best to reapply for the following year. This would also give you enough time to apply for a visa as well as for student housing.
