- courtly literature, especially Courtly Romance: intertextuality and fictionality, awareness of authorship and artist's work, literary forms of laughter and humour, representation of the body and conceptions of mind, emotionality and violence
- late medieval literature (encyclopedic literature, travel literature, drama): editing and the history of literary tradition, questions concerning the foreign and the familiar, and more
