Students writing their Bachelor thesis with the Department of International Business will have to attend this seminar in order to present the key outcomes of their thesis. In order to write the Bachelor thesis and participate in the Bachelor Thesis Seminar attendance of the Kick-off and the seminar Introduction into Research Methodology is compulsory.

The final mark will be based on the thesis and its presentation.

Objectives

By writing their thesis, students will learn to gather, to review and analyze and apply information from, specifically international business and international organizational behavior theories, to formulate convincing arguments, communicate academic ideas, produce conclusions and acquire academic writing skills. On the basis of defending their thesis in the seminar, they will gain presentation as well as communication skills.
