Hector Kinderakademie Biberach wins Innovation Award
STEM for gifted children – exciting and easy to understand!
The Hector Children's Academy in Biberach has been honoured with the Hector Foundation II Innovation Award for its course „Biotechnologie zum Anfassen – Einfach GENial“. The prize, endowed with 5,000 euros, honours creative STEM concepts that support particularly talented primary school children. During the course, children learn to isolate DNA, create genetic fingerprints and detect viruses – an exciting introduction to the world of science. With this award, the Hector Foundation II supports innovative educational projects that provide lasting inspiration for the promotion of young talent.
