LEAD member Marion Spengler takes on professorship at the University of Erfurt
We congratulate Prof. Dr. Marion Spengler on taking up the Professorship of Educational-Psychological Diagnostics and Differential Psychology at the University of Erfurt.
Her research focuses on personality development, motivation, self-regulation, and social and emotional competencies across the lifespan. A particular emphasis is placed on the question of how individual differences arise, how they change, and how psychological diagnostics can be used to better understand developmental processes.
With her new professorship at the University of Erfurt,Marion Spengler will further expand her research at the intersection of psychology, education, and development.
