Zusammenfassung

Heterogeneity and differences play a role in schools and classrooms all over Europe: On the one hand, they are part of everyday life and, on the other hand, they represent a relevant challenge for teachers. The aim of this action-research project is to identify and reflect together with teachers and teacher students on practices of creating (socio-cultural) difference and dealing with plurilingualism in video recordings from real lessons in order to enable them to act with confidence in their own teaching and to deal more consciously with diversity and inclusion. To this end, classroom video recordings will be made at the participating schools and used as a basis for analysis and reflection in international, cross-school Communities of Practice by teacher students and teachers in the school service. A seminar concept for the university sector will be derived from the experiences of the communities of practice.
