Our team of principal investigators consists of researchers in machine learning and its applications in various disciplines, including medicine, neuroscience, bioinformatics, vision, cognitive science, physics, geoscience, linguistics and social science, as well as experts in philosophy and ethics.

The Cluster is jointly run by two spokespersons

The Steering Committee supervises all strategic and operative goals of the Cluster

The Cluster currently comprises 76 Members

Several new Research Groups have been and will be established within the Cluster

The Central Office is responsible for the organisational handling of all tasks of the Cluster

The establishment of equal opportunities at all levels is an essential sub-task of the Cluster and is ensured by the Diversity Management

The Advisory Board supports the Cluster in its strategic development
