The creation of equal opportunities at all levels is an essential sub-task of the Cluster and is ensured by our Diversity Management.
The diversity management tasks are performed by elected cluster members. The 2 Diversity Management Representatives are in close contact with the Equal Opportunities Office of the University of Tübingen and are supported in their work by the Cluster's Central Office. The Diversity Management Representatives can propose the implementation of diversity measures within the Cluster to the Steering Committee.
