Dr. Jingyu Wang

Media ethics, philosophy of technology & AI

Jingyu Wang has been an EU Campus Fellow of Doshisha University and a Visiting Researcher at IZEW, University of Tübingen, since April 2026. She studied Intercultural German Studies in China and Germany and Media Studies in Japan. Her research focuses on human–AI interaction, affectively designed chatbots, and relationships between humans and conversational AI from an intercultural perspective.
