Active (study) breaks during exam weeks, July 13–24
Programs offered by Student Health Management at the Brechtbau and University libraries
Active breaks can help structure study sessions, allow you to recover from prolonged sitting and mental exertion, and thus help you stay focused.
From July 13 to 24, the Student Health Management program BeTaBalance will offer daily two free sessions Monday through Friday in the training room of the Brechtbau Library: 2:00–2:20 p.m. Active Breaks (get energized & wake up, no registration required), and 2:30–2:50 p.m. Stretch & Relax (registration required).
