Wednesday (August 10th) afternoon and evening are reserved for social activities in and around Tübingen. In Tübingen, we plan a guided city tour (1,5h) and/or a guided visit of the ancient cultures collections at Hohentübingen Castle (1h). Afterwards, we have a boat tour (punting) on the river Neckar (1h).
As a second option we plan an excursion to the Bebenhausen Monastery andPalace (1h). Afterwards, we walk back to Tübingen through the Schönbuch Nature Reserve (1-2h). In case of bad weather we can return by public transport.
