Taiwan's parenting law has witnessed a remarkable shift towards safeguarding children's rights, marked by legislative changes and constitutionalization through judicial review. The challenges ahead involve aligning parenting laws with international standards, addressing jurisdictional conflicts, and reevaluating the intersection of civil and constitutional law in parenting legal frameworks. The evolution of Taiwan's parenting law serves as a valuable case study for jurisdictions globally seeking to enhance children's rights within legal frameworks.
The event will be held at Room 1.81, Keplerstr. 2, starting at 6pm c.t. All are welcome.
