Teaching in the Department of Adult/Further Education addresses the planning, design, and evaluation of learning and instructional processes and focuses on their prerequisites and conditions. All faculty members are committed to providing teaching encompassing theoretical discourse on historical, current, and internationally comparative developments, discussions and approaches. They offer didactic-methodical qualification as well as empirically based development of analytical and evaluative skills.
