In our lab, we investigate research questions in the domain of Applied Cognitive Psychology. We focus on collaborative and individual processes of knowledge construction and perception and their consequences. Combining the approaches of both applied and basic research, we target applied subjects using paradigms and theories from basic research. For example, we currently run multiple projects investigating cognitive and social consequences of interaction and knowledge construction using touch-based technology. Find a detailed list of our current project by clicking on Research. Further, we regularly lecture "Applied Cognitive Psychology" comprising Media and Communication Psychology on the one hand, and Knowledge Psychology on the other hand.
