Since 2020, mentor in the MuT programme (Mentoring and Training) of the State Conference of Equal Opportunities Officers at Baden-Württemberg’s Universities (LaKoG), since 2021 in the Athene programme of the University of Tübingen.

Participation in further training “Gesundes Führen” (healthy leadership) of the Graduate Academy of the University of Tübingen.
