Under Section 38(7) Baden-Württemberg State University Law (Landeshochschulgesetz, LHG) – the association represents the interests of all doctoral students at the Faculty of Catholic Theology.

‘Old’ doctoral degree regulations (valid July 15, 2014 – December 13, 2021)

Doctoral students who have started their doctoral studies in accordance with the doctoral degree regulations of July 15, 2014, and continue their doctoral studies in accordance with these doctoral degree regulations, or who wish to apply to commence the doctoral qualification process, must send an appropriate application to the doctoral studies committee in accordance with Section 24(2) of the new doctoral degree regulations.

Doctoral students who have started their doctoral studies in accordance with the doctoral degree regulations of August 17, 1994, as amended August 13, 2001, and continue their doctoral studies in accordance with these doctoral degree regulations, or who wish to apply to commence the doctoral qualification process, must send an appropriate application to the doctoral studies committee in accordance with Section 24(2) of the new doctoral degree regulations.
