Prof. Dr. Christy Constantakopoulou, Department of History, Classics and Archaeology at the University of London, is acclaimed for her high-quality publications that make contributions to the theory building within island studies. For example, her books with Oxford University Press are highly relevant to our network: The Dance of the Islands: Insularity, Networks, the Athenian Empire and the Aegean World (Oxford: Oxford University Press, 2007) and Aegean Interactions: Delos and its networks in the third century (Oxford: Oxford University Press, 2017). Constantakopoulou is also a member of the editorial board for the new Liverpool Series Translated Texts from Antiquity.
