If you wish to find out about many different cultures all at once, Brazil is the better choice! The country is one of the most culturally diverse countries in Latin America and what Brazil is today is the product of the mixing between Amerindians, Africans and Europeans.
If you wish to expand your horizons and study in Brazil, PUCRS needs to be in your plans.
