Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker-Zentrum

Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker Center

Established as TüCAS (Tübingen Center for Advanced Studies), the Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker Center is dedicated to interdisciplinary foundational research and offers postdocs a platform for reflection on science.

Mission

Based on the idea of a TüCAS, we provide a platform for reflections and guidance on questions of responsible science concerning ongoing societal challenges.

Community

We bring together researchers from all scientific areas to stimulate powerful dialogues across disciplines.

Goals

We aim at bringing new scientific ideas to life and to enrich the public debate by providing clear, well-reasoned information concerning responsible science.
