Setup and support for digital tools (Nextcloud): working time documentation for student assistants, booking system for office hours
Event management (welcome events, graduation ceremonies)
Preparation of agenda and taking minutes of departmental meetings
Maintenance of departmental website (TYPO3 editor)
Procurement of office equipment (SRM/SAP)
