Expert discussion on the study: ‘Anti-Semitism in childhood and early adolescence – experiences, interpretations and needs’

On 11 June 2026, from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm, an expert discussion on the study ‘Experiences of anti-Semitism in childhood and early adolescence’ will take place at the Berlin State Agency for Political Education. Marina Chernivsky (KOAS) and Prof. Dr Friederike Lorenz-Sinai (IRex) will present the empirical findings. This will be followed by a discussion involving various experts from the fields of research and practice: Tabea Adler (Senior Advisor, OFEK e.V.), Prof. Dr. Sabine Achour (Otto Suhr Institute for Political Science), Aylin Anasal Jordan (HU Berlin), and Romina Wiegemann (Head of Pedagogy and Educational Programmes, KOAS). Dr Janne Braband (Goethe University Frankfurt am Main) will conclude the event with a summary. The event will be moderated by Franziska Göpner (Anne Frank Centre).
