Here is an overview of currently open positions and project possibilities in our group. If you are interested and in order to get more detailed informations contact Christian. Independent of the positions announced here, we are always open to applications.

PostDoc position at our project on quantum computing in optical tweezers

Beginning 2022 we started a new project on quantum computing with strontium atoms in optical tweezers. We are developing a cryogenic (4K) platform to eliminate limiting effects from black-body radiation and magnetic field noise. From autumn of 2024 on we have an open Postdoc position.

Master student in our group

We are continuously offering Master projects on various topics around the physics of ultracold atoms.

Bachelor student in our group

We are continuously offering Bachelor projects on various topics around the physics of ultracold atoms during which you can make your first steps in a lab.

Student assistant in the group

We have continuously interesting and challenging student projects, in which you have the chance to bet a glimpse into the daily lab work of a research group. Examplary projects are the construction and characterization of optoelectronical components, which are at the heart of our setups.
