Guest Lecture and Case Study

On Dec 14, 2023,  Dr. Pia Lünstroth and Dr. Thomas Kopelke from hkp/// group were guests in Prof. Pull’s M.Sc.-lecture on "Personnel Economics" and talked to the students on "Bringing business strategy to live – Compensation as a lever".
After the guest lecture, students worked on a case study where they had to design short and long term incentives for the management board of either Hello Fresh or Zalando. The students were divided into groups and clearly enjoyed putting into practice what they had heard. When they presented their results, they received valuable feedback - both from the perspective of the companies' supervisory boards (as simulated by the practitioners) and from a market perspective.
