Welcome to the Chair of International Business Taxation

The Chair of International Business Taxation examines how taxation affects the decisions of firms and individuals in national and international contexts. Our work combines questions of tax policy, business taxation, tax accounting, and empirical economic research.

Students will find information about our courses, theses, and seminars as well as examinations and other academic services. We also present selected research findings in an accessible format and provide information about our team and current activities.

Research Network: RSIT

The Chair is part of the Research School of International Taxation (RSIT) at the University of Tübingen. RSIT brings together researchers from business, economics, and law to study policy-relevant questions in international taxation.

Our joint research addresses international tax policy, multinational firms, profit shifting, and firm behaviour. Learn more about the Research School of International Taxation.
